1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Read Laboratories ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Read Laboratories provides AI integration, automation, and consulting services for businesses. Our services include but are not limited to workflow automation, AI agent development, data processing solutions, and system integration.

The scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project will be defined in a separate agreement or statement of work between you and Read Laboratories.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in any work product created by Read Laboratories shall be assigned to the client upon full payment. We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project, as well as any pre-existing tools or frameworks.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by applicable law.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Read Laboratories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable project agreement. Upon termination, you shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
